What a hidden gem! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy. It had all the bare essentials and was reasonably priced. Would recommend staying here if you're in Puerto Princesa and are on a budget.

Sehr freundlicher und aufgestellter Besitzer (Rain), kleine, feine Zimmer mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Superbequeme Matratzen leckeres Frühstück (auf Vorbestellung). Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt - z. T. in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen sehr laut wegen ortsansässigen Hunden sowie der Umgebung. Preis/Leiszungsverhältnis unschlagbar und Weiterempfehlung auf ganzer Linie!

Best spot in Puerto Princesa
By far the best place we stayed in the Philippines. If you plan on staying in Puerto Princesa this is where you should stay. The rooms were clean, affordable and comfortable. The villas are located near a main street so many things are walking distance, but the street is quiet enough to let you sleep well. The owner and his family are the sweetest and so helpful wether it be for tours, stuff you need for the room, transits etc. We absolutely loved staying there.

Most amazing place to stay in Puerto Princesa
By far the best place we stayed in the Philippines. The owner is the sweetest man alive and his family too. They were very helpful during our stay wether it be for stuff we needed for the room, tours, shuttle services etc. I highly recommend staying there if you travel to Puerto Princesa. It is close to the main road, the rooms are clean and very comfortable with AC and good wifi.

Loved it!
Loved it! Very friendly staff who helped us with everything such as giving us tips and helping us book a transportation to Port Barton. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable.

Just stayed one night, the outlook of the hotel is good. Staff are very nice. But there are mosquitos around the garden.

Что понравилось: очень ухоженная приватная территория; свежий номер с террасой, где можно посидеть вечером; ВЛАДЕЛЕЦ ОТЕЛЯ - самая большая ценность данного отеля, замечательный человек, который может помочь в любом вопросе: от организации экскурсии до бронирования столика в ресторане (редко встретишь человека, который так искренне желает тебе помочь!) Что НЕ понравилось: не очень удачное расположение кондиционера в комнате: во включенном состоянии дует на вторую кровать).

Úžasné ubytovanie za skvelú cenu
Cleon Villas Pension môžem len odporúčať, krásne súkromné vilky v peknom tichom prostredí, s úžasnými a lacnými raňajkami a ešte lepším personálom. Vždy usmievavý a milý personál ochotný so všetkým pomôcť. Na našej trojtýždňovej ceste po Filipínach sme mali 7 ubytovacích zariadení, a Cleon Villas Pension je jediný, kde by sme sa určite ešte vrátili. Budem odporúčať ďalej. Ďakujem za krásny pobyt.

Owner and staff are very nice and always smiling trying to make your stay feels good. Location not bad as it’s close to malls and airport all you need a tricycle for PHP 50-70 gets to them. Good value for money.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, very accomodating
Highly recommended for those who wants to stay in Puerto Princessa. The owner/staff is patiently waiting for us for very late check in due to our travel from El Nido. Very helpful, affordable rate for breakfast, place are so quiet and clean.

Comfy Stay
I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was for one night. It was after a very long trip to Palawan and I got a really good night’s rest here. Staff was helpful and friendly and villas were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to get more powerful showers and larger sinks in the bathroom.

Very clean hotel, with super staff
Second time to stay there and again was very satisfied with my stay. Secured hotel, close to public transportation and Robinson mall. SM mall also only a short tricycle ride. Within walking distance of the.colosseum, where you can get your permit to visit the underground river.

Super nice service and very clean
We stayed here last earlier this month. From first glance, we were happy how it was gated and super clean. It has a nice atmosphere and exclusivity from the outside; we felt like we were in a resort with just five other villas. On our last day, our plans for El Nido fell apart. We had a hotel booked there, but didn't have a way over. The owner kindly woke up earlier to help us out. He got us our transportation and gave us recommendations of when to plan our excursions and which one to pick. Additionally, he gave us his card if we needed a ride back. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Thank you! Overall, I highly recommend Cleon Villas for affordability, cleanliness, and service.

Great location for airport
Very clean and well set out rooms. Service was also really good. The location is great for a stopover (I was flying out the next day) but won't recommend it if you are looking to stay longer in Puerto Princesa (it was in a semi commerical area so nothing really around)

Hidden gem in puerto princesa. Located in middle of the city, near Robinson, airport, San Jose terminal and transportation. Will definitively stay there whenever I come back to Palawan.

Clean affordable place in the city
The photo of the rooms' facade is exactly how it looks and will give you a resort feel. I actually thought the place hada pool from the way it looked. However, the interior is quite a different story. The room is very BASIC: 2 single beds, air conditioning, a rechargeable stand fan, cable TV and a toilet and bath with hot shower. NOTHING FANCY. Breakfast is served outdoors in their cute little patio and set breakfast meals are very affordable but order two meals if you're used to a hearty breakfast. Power interruptions are more a norm and occurred regularly so this place having a generator was a HUGE plus. The noise from the generator can be a bit bothersome so make sure the door and windows are closed. Friendly owner and staff and the airport is just a tricycle ride away.

Problem with internet
Nice villas and good situated but have same problems than almost everywhere on Philipino Islands, internet is very slow, you may can have connection to your email at night time, but not for any demanding use. I wonder why they not improve the connections even Palawan and Puerto Princess are big places. Or they could tell the thruth by informing You maybe have a slow connection at night time. If You need better internet go Thailand.

Sehr gute und günstige Unterkunft in der Stadt
Ganz neu gebaut und sehr gepflegt. Netter Empfang bei der Ankunft. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit einer kleinen Terasse. Im Garten wird das Frühstück serviert. Die ganze Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. In dieser Preisklasse ist die Pension der absolute Hammer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Puerto Princesa werden wir sicher wieder dort wohnen. Absolut ideal.

Cute hotel
Wonderful hotel clean and spacious. There's only 5 private villas so the staff pay extra care of your needs. Breakfast was really affordable and was surprisingly good. Location was ok really close to the mall.

Great Hotel for Palawan Tours
The staff was amazing. They were able to provide the things we requested including extra matresses and food delivery from a Jolibee. Highly recommended.

すごくよかった！
女の子4人で泊まりました。 触れる犬がいます。 部屋に蟻の道がありましたがこの国ではよくあることなのでたいした問題じゃなかったです！オーナーさん家族がいい人でしたし、水圧よし、ご飯美味しい、新しくてきれい！ 思ってた以上によかった( 〃▽〃)
