On the very last evening of being there my room was so hot and uncomfortable. The water pressure was trash and to make all of this worst, someone had to come into our room while we left the resort for dinner and take money out of my husband's bag.

Outdated property, needs a lot of work. Limited food. Waiting 30 mins in line for buffet is not ok. The pictures are so deceiving. Will be back to visit Puert Vallarta but next time will spend a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Javi and manny are great entertainers for the property they made the place fun during the day. Food is ok not for picky eaters, however some good places to eat around the property.

El hotel se ve un poco viejo y la habitación que nos dieron no tenia caja de seguridad y nunca la pusieron a pesar de reportarla en mas de 3 ocasiones . El personal hay gente muy amable y gente que se ve que estan cansada de su trabajo. La verdad uno va de vacaciones y quiere un buen trato y entendemos que hubo Springbreak, pero para nosotros era nuestro viaje.

I like that it is adult only. The beach is well maintained and clean like the entire facility. I didn't like that they allow the beach vendors onto the property.

Beautiful beach and great food and service. Beachfront rooms were pretty dated. Sunset views were amazing. Very convenient to the port so an easy walk to do boat excursions.

The hotel itself is nice. The pool on the 7th floor has a nice view, they have a gym, tennis courts and vball. The food was not great. Buffet food was always cold. The breakfast was okay as you can at least get a hot omelette and bacon. The all inclusive option was not worth the price, maybe the breakfast option but that’s all. We didn’t try the restaurants as we ate out for dinner every night. The meat in the buffet was also very salty. The snack bar was hit or miss. The staff was great. The rooms were fine and bed was nice and firm. It is also about a 20 min bus ride to el centro, it would have been nice to stay closer to el centro. Overall, the hotel was fine but food needs improvement.

The check in was smooth but we didn’t have any help with our luggages. We didn’t enjoy our all inclusive because the restaurants were always booked & the liquor was very bottom shelf. They had a poor selection of tequila for a all inclusive resort in Mexico.

We have stayed at Crown Paradise Golden several times, and this time did not disappoint. The staff was amazing as always, food is the specialty restaurants was excellent. Our room was very clean. The sky pool was cool however the pool was freezing cold, the drinks were weak and the food the whole week was nasty. We booked an ocean view with an updated room however did not receive that, instead we were left with a dated room with a ceiling fan dangling by the wires. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and would often make loud screeching noises. My boyfriend and I ended up leaving the resort every night for dinner. We would not recommend the food here. We will not be coming back to this resort.

The rooms definately need some upgrading and work, especially the bathroom, Drywall was soggy from moisture I'm sure and very soft, and some mildew on side of shower glass.Several light bulbs were out in our room, they were reported, but not fixed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, we were only in our room to get ready and to sleep, so would stay here again but probably request a nicer room. Roof top pool very relaxing until guests brought their huge speakers and would blast their music, very rude and disrespectful of others. Food in all 3 restaurants and the buffet food was outstanding. We would definately consider coming back! :)

Restaurant food was good. Buffet food could be updated with different food everyday. Beach area was nice and clean. Wish the vendors would leave you alone, so you can relax more. They need to stay over the rope. This was my only complaint about the hotel. Talked to manager, he didn’t seem to care. Shows were very good.

The food was underwhelming. We ended up going over to the family buffet for breakfast. There was no hot water for showers and no water pressure. The fixtures in the bathroom were loose. the music at the pool was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. went to the Mexican restaurant hoping for traditional Mexican food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was very good. We ate at the buffet most nights because getting reservations at the other restaurants was very difficult, which was kind of frustrating. Our room looked over the top of the buffet area, which is ugly, but we did have a partial ocean view like stated in our booking. The washroom looked nothing like the pictures online, it was in desperate need of a remodel, which was disappointing, but the staff cleaned it very well. Overall, with price in mind, the people and food made our stay great and we would stay again.
