숙소가 매우 노후되어 있고 아주 깨끗하고 럭셔리하지 않습니다 이태리 레스토랑 멕시칸 레스토랑이 맛있습니다 음식은 나쁘지 않다 정도입니다 하루종일 칵테일 파티를 하게 되네요 수영장 이용도 붐비지 않고 좋았어요 가족 여행 하기 편했고 저렴한 가격에 레잇 체크아웃 해서 편했습니다

I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks were good. Food is pretty good. I drank the non bottled water and ate the ceviche and fruit. Didn’t get sick whereas I previously had at other resorts.

Room and property very clean. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this is your place as there isn't really any activities or entertainment here. Breakfast has everything you could possibly want. Restaurants had very good food. ALL of the staff are amazing. We had a wonderful stay here.

Have been to this resort before. This time around service was bad. On multiple occasion when dining we asked multiple waiters for a high chair. After 10 minutes i had to go find my own chair. Wrong orders were brought. Other people in our party never received their food. Asked multiple waiters for steak knives for our steaks, none were ever brought. This kind of service was experienced multiple days of our stay. Such a disappointment.

This was the second time my boyfriend and I stay at Fiesta Americana. We stayed here last year at around the same time and had a great time. Location of the resort itself is very convenient and central. About a 10 minute drive to the airport and Malecon/downtown area. The service and food is top tier. Definitely worth booking the all-inclusive. All the restaurants are great! Staff is super friendly and will accommodate any request. Yovanni the F&B manager, was very helpful. Jaime, Jose, Angel and Hugo at the Cevicheria were very attentive and did an awesome job when we went almost every day there for lunch during our week long stay. Antonio, working the pool service was also great. For Dinner at the Italian restaurant, Rosato, we were sat in Jonathan's section twice and were very impressed both times. Serivce everywhere was above and beyond!

We had a fantastic time! Our 3 year old and 6 year old loved the resort and the kids activities. The property is immaculate and very beautiful. All the restaurants had delicious food and they sang happy birthday to my 6 year old 4 times :) she loved it.

Excellent location by the beach. Food is great with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staff are awesome especially to Norma and team , our cleaning lady and room service; Danae , Jaime and team at the chivechiria bar, Raf Ael and marirose at the breakfast and Alejandro in the Italian resto. There's not a lot of activities in the resort, but its a nice place to just relax.

When we checked in, we asked for our upgrade, but were told there was none available. Then they sold one to our friends behind us and offered another friend. Several rooms in our group had items that didn’t work. The pool was literally falling apart while we were in it. They started construction at 8 am Monday morning. Restaurant staff wa very friendly and kind, but slow.

Our room was not very clean. The bathroom door was very dirty. The pool needed a lot of repairs. There was a lot of broken tile very dangerous for children and our older adults pool stairway was really located far from where I was sitting and the lunch Buffay was served outside where there were birds flying all over the place.

This is the eighth visit to Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. We love the friendly atmosphere and comfort here. The entire staff helps you feel comfortable from the first steps to the reception until the last minute of your stay. We were there for 10 days and felt the attention of the staff the entire time. Darcy Bravo from Chula Vista managed to pay attention to all visitors and with other issues such as transportation to the airport. Thank you, very professional. Ernesto- Food Manager really wants to make the best food on the coast and listens to all customer opinions. Hugo and James from Cavicheria do an excellent professional job. Diego at the Italian restaurant is professional and polite. Antonio, Jessica, Ignacio, Rafael from Sonne Club try to make clients happy. All employees do a good job. Majority of the workers don't speaks english. Food is not desirable specially Mexican food. Restaurants hours of operation is not catering to our needs.

Hello Erlinda thank you for your comment we appreciate your feed back. We are sorry your did not enjoy the Mexican food, We do have Italian and Asian food hopefully you enjoyed that. We also have 24 hour room service. We apologize that the restaurant hour were no what you expected. We do serve breakfast 7am to 12 pm.. .We serve lunch from 12 noon until 530 pm and dinner from 6pm until 11pm. Once again we do have 24 hour room service. We do hope to have you back soon. Once again thank your for your valuable comments.

This was our second stay here and the service is amazing. Sergio, Johnny and Nacho are fantastic pool/beach waiters. The two waitresses in the lounge in the evening, Lily and Esmerelda were also great. The hostess in La Cevicheria and breakfast buffet Danae is the best. She has such a kind positive presence. Room was very nice and food was great for a resort.

The customer service is over the top amazing. We have never received such incredible service. Staff was the best ever! Food was superb.

I’m such a homebody and I seriously felt so safe and like I was at home at this resort! The staff is seriously unmatched everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing! Both of our daughters had birthdays a couple weeks before we went and they did a little celebration in our room too! We felt so special the whole time :) will definitely be back

This was our second time at the Fiesta Americana. The first time being in 2016. Same great service, friendly staff, super clean. Our only issue would be general conditions. It's starting to show it's age. The pool needs a rebuild and the outdoor furniture is getting a little worn. You just can't beat the great staff though, always helpful and happy. Thanks for a great week FA.

Best part of the property is that everything is very convenient structured. You don’t have to fight for your spot at the beach or the pool even if you like to sleep long. The pool is open until 9 PM and towels are available until late as well. Service is exceptional. You don’t have to stand up and to get your drink if you don’t want, service us to every five minutes if you need some drink or snack or lunch. I was a little disappointed to to know that they don’t have any net entertainment, except live music. During the day they don’t have much entertainment either. They offer morning Buffay, lunch, and dinner are restaurant style, so you have to order from the menu. The general feeling after spending six days is great. I would come back.
