The Cambria suite was exactly what i wanted, they even leave a tray with tea and/or coffee outside your door every morning before breakfast. "My family had an exceptional stay at the Conga Hotel. Everything from the location of the hotel (pretty central in Puerto Viejo) to the modern, clean rooms, and amazing breakfast! But above everything was the personal attention given by the staff. Valentina and Guillermo especially made sure that we enjoyed our stay. They were so helpful and friendly. I recommend the Conga 100%"

"Where do I begin? The photo match the property! The staff, amazing! Its a bilingual facility and they take credit cards. I loved that we could order food using WhatsApp. The food was delivered fast and hot! We were in a 3 bedroom bungalow , everyone fit comfortably and there's a waher and dryer in the unit! BONUS!"

"Beachfront Bungalows Hotel is an excellent choice for the Costa Rican traveler who is looking for a Caribbean jungle and beach experience in one location. Sloths, Macaws. Monkeys, etc. are all part of the stay there, with a beautiful beach mere steps away. The staff, service and food were wonderful. Hot breakfasts are served every morning and a beautiful pool and 2 jacuzzis are the center point of relaxation."

"Beautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach. It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos. Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside lamp and a table and chair in the room, but that's me just being nit picky. Breakfast in the morning was great and staff was fun and helpful. I'll be returning."
