“One issue they need to fix is that they only issue one key card per room. So if you have multiple people staying you are forced to share the card. Makes no sense as most hotels will issue at least 2 cards. ”

I stayed in the most expensive room assuming that the linen, towels and cleanliness will be better than their other regular rooms but unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations. Bathtub for which I booked the room was in pathetic condition too.”
