“La comida fatal , hotel bello y las chorreras perfecto necesita cambio de menú gracias esperaré un año para volver a visitarlo”

“Everything was perfect the room, the cleaning ladies, the workers at the restaurants serving the food and everything ,,atmosphere the food is five star big time. The beach was perfect. We just had a great time there and we would go back. We were six couples and we enjoy every single moment over there.”

“As good as expected!”

“The staff was amazing. They helped you around whenever you had questions, always greeting and checking to see if there’s anything needed. The food however, was alright. The best place to eat at was Koi, I would stay away from the sushi option. But what really stood out to us was the customer service, specially the waitresses. In one occasion, one waitress had to walk to another restaurant to get us a particular drink we wanted because they had ran out. These people go an extra mile to...

“Everything is amazing in this resort, it’s like paradise, the only only negative thing is about Japanese restaurant which was horrible, but the other restaurants all were amazing, the staff were super super nice, we enjoyed so much and we’ll back here again”

“Las piscinas y water park muy buenas pero la comida, bufete y café no fue agradable”
