In general its an okay place for a low budget family or couple, the reception was friendly and efficient, transportation and baggage handeling too the room was excellent, I did t touch my bags until I was in the room. The room was a whole different story, first I noticed the air conditioning felt moist, it wasnt good cooling unit, there was black mold in the A/C vent directly above the bed and never really cooled the room well. Tje room was very clean but the bed covering always felt wet or damp from the A/C. The room cleaning staff was awesome!!! They did a wonderful job but you may need to ask for fresh towels on occasion.
They had no transportation from or too tje airport so expect an expensive taxi ride both ways. Now to the buffet..... it will sustain life, its decent for the price but not the best food compared to many other resorts Ive been too, of course they all cost more than this resort. Do not drink tje water!!! The resort stocks your room with plenty of bottled water!! The bars on the resort are decent although the bar tenders work on "Island time" so they dont hurry up for anyone regardless of tips. Over all I would say this is a good resort for familys on a budget and couples who are on a budget, its definetly not for singles unless you want to be lonely. There was absolutely no drama, loud noise or crazy party people anywhere on the resort, it was very peaceful and calm.
