"My family had a wonderful time at the Majestic. The resort is well maintained. The staff is courteous & friendly. Our host/butler Javier Mendoza was absolutely amazing - welcoming, attentive & responsive to our needs or any questions we had. We could not have had a better butler!!! I also enjoyed the personality & welcoming energy of Juan Bernardo at poolside. He brings poolside to life."

"This was our first time to Punta Cana we are a family of four. My experience is mixed. I would say from Punta Cana’s Oceanside resort side … management team needs to do a little bit better on the service side, for example my flight was delayed by six hours. It was a Friday night. I had already lost my evening time at the resort when I landed at about 12 at the front desk it took them almost 1 hour to check me in after that the next two days, I had to continuously keep on calling the front desk, which most of the time was never answered, or was rerouted to concierge to management to someone else in Shot for two days we had no AC working in the hotel room and then on the third day when I really got upset, they moved me and the room was much much much better so I in Shot I guess when people call for services probably they are hard staffed or my feeling is because that reservation was done through a third-party. I don’t want to get more details onto it for I am in the same hospitality business. Now good side … the food was wonderful. The wait was never there for any specialized restaurants. Property was kept very well clean…. maybe on the drinks side they can make a little bit more stronger, but it’s understood. Breakfast was good. Lunch was nice fresh …. I fell. The desert can be more better made didn’t have the taste that we are normally associated . I enjoy the fresh fruit. Mike’s coffee was wonderful all in all. I don’t mind coming back. Cheers."
