Beautiful Resort, the people are genuine and beautiful and very professional. The resort itself has many pools. The dinners are great. The shows are great. I highly recommend it for a relaxation one of the best I’ve been to.

Pros: Willmy was a great butler, Ruth of Diamond Club was an excellent bar host. Alexander was a great beach bar host! Cons: No Elevators, needs a little more tlc with the rooms. Hopefully with the upcoming renovations and beach mods it’ll better overall 5 of 10 with great staff.

Went here for my honeymoon with my husband. The resort and staff were great. Unfortunately the beach was full of seaweed the whole time. There was a bit of annoyance with the persistence of their Prime timeshare offer. It took up a full morning and it felt required. But other than that it was a perfect stay. Great food, great drinks and friendly staff.

Daily housekeeping, however, we were always short of towels, washcloths. Made several reports until I finally contacted my Expedia concierge then we had extra towels/ supplies. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Garden view balcony was amazing, grass well manicured, just beautiful. Daily activities with fun entertainment staff . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing vacation.

Sheets were dirty in room, but staff replaced quickly. Power kept going in/out in room. A/C didn’t work great—room still hot. Tough to reserve for dinner, almost everything is taken even if you reserve 2+ days in advance. You can’t reserve until you check in, so unsure how all spots were taken? Staff and service were the only highlight. They were attentive and caring, but the property itself is run down and low quality. Better value for your money in Punta Cana elsewhere

Overall, we had a great experience at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana. Unfortunately, the power went out Wednesday night, which was definitely frustrating, but the staff overall did a great job making our stay enjoyable. Special shoutout to Ronald, our butler, who was amazing and really helped make our trip special. We did have one negative experience with Alberto at the front, whose attitude and handling of a situation could have easily ruined one of our days and negatively impacted the entire stay. Thankfully, we didn’t allow that one interaction to define our vacation. All in all, Royalton CHIC is a beautiful resort, we had a great time, and the majority of the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. I would still recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed 5 nights and felt very welcome from the moment we stepped foot on the property.. through the week the staff were absolutely phenomenal! Enjoyed the food and plenty of bottled water was available daily, through Expedia we were provided a designated resort consultant whom was extremely accommodating and compassionate for her job! Highly recommended this location and would stay again

The only people that made our experiences enjoyable were the bartenders and servers and that’s probably because they got tips. Truly wouldn’t recommend this resort to anybody. Guest services is SO rude. Front desk is USELESS. Our mini bar was half used upon arrival and they don’t clean or change the glass bottles from the previous people that you have to drink out of.

The property is very used. Alot of wear & tear! No elevators is a whole problem. The steak house & Italian restaurants were pretty decent. The buffet needs to do better. The staff for the most part was very helpful & pleasant. I would not go back strictly because it was very old feeling so for me 4 out 10!

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. The downside was that they had power outages lasting over 12 hours and no backup generator. We went a full day without a connection, and they ran out of food and drinks due to the same issue. When we cancelled the reservation for that night, they weren't willing to give us a refund; there were several people complaining, and in the end, we had to speak to a supervisor before they finally agreed to do it. We spent over an hour trying to get the issue resolved.
