Everything in this resort was amazing, staff, food, rooms, location, amenities, we were celebrating our anniversary and we loved every minute of it, it was our first time in the resort but definitely not the last one.

An amazing resort! From the delicious food to the exceptional service and warm welcome from the staff, Secrets Akumal is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. A special thank you to the chefs, who were kind enough to prepare dishes for us that weren’t on the menu. Everything was delicious, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. Thank you, Giovanni, for your wonderful service. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality—you made our stay even more special. Thank you to our concierge Karime. You’re an amazing person. Thank you for your service. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you, Secrets Akumal, for everything!
