"The air conditioner works, the lights worked. No pots and pans for cooking in the room. Told them about that and they said did you look under the sink? What a bunch of condescending people. I looked in every cabinet, I told the arrogant person at the desk and he asked if I looked in a certain cabinet. No pots and pans for 2 days. He brought some to the check in desk and expected me to take them to my room. I told him to take the pots and pans to the room, I said it was his job. He said they would be at the check in desk. Bottom line, I had no pots and pans the entire time. That person that ran the place was rude. The silverware was stained and pitted. The coffee maker was a joke. There was water in it for from who knows when. It was slimy under neath. I would never stay there again. I told the person I would leave if I could get a refund, he said he couldn't do that. So instead of making my own breakfast, I had to go out to eat. The glasses were all water stained and looked like they needed washing. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, if it did, it was non operational. The entire bathroom was a steamhouse. I'd rather stay at a freeway underpass than stay at the Main Stay hotel."

"Staff is not provided with the tools to succeed. You can tell they take complaints constantly and it’s clearly not their fault. Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water because the scanner at the little shop wasn’t connecting to the internet."
