“Very good”

“Nothing stood out about the facility.”

“Like the location and the service, but the facility is run down, parking lot is like a campground, exterior electronic door lock missing and do not work. Windows are dirty and the elevator has been down for months. Bed was clean and comfortable,”

“Booked a room for a Cleveland Browns game. Checked into the hotel before the game. We did not go to the room. We only got our keys and left for the game. Came back to the hotel after the game and we went to our room. The door was wide open and the room had been stripped down by housekeeping. Room was full of bugs and had no sheets, pillows, blankets or towels. Went to front desk and we were told there were no other rooms available. Hotel and Expedia will not give us a refund. Worst service ever.”

“The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible. Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility. Seriously.”

“This property was in a great location near Great Northern Mall. This was our 1st stay there, but we will return.”

“Staff was very helpful”
