“Crowne Plaza was very nice. Staff was super accommodating. Restaurant/ bar was excellent. Cold water was available in the lobby, which we really appreciated! Great diner next door. We went for a concert at Rocket Arena, and it was an easy walk. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and to restaurants and bars. We had to Uber a couple of times, but it was mostly a walking trip. ”
“It is pet friendly, but $100 per stay, not good for one night. The staff is the best feature, they are pleasant, informative and responsive! The room is excellent, lighting was so good, TV was big and had all options, bathroom was super clean with excellent shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was easy, we chose the lot across the street, but their valet service is very attendant to each new arriving guest.”

“It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. ”
