“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced.
On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...
“Overall it was a very good stay. Our only "complaint" was the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room peeing in the toilet! And then the lid slammed! We are also not a fan of the open shower. Much prefer the shower and bath tub set up.
The staff were very polite and accomodating! And the hotel was very clean with a suitable breakfast bar. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were a nice touch too!”

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”
