โI travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I canโt recommend this place enoughโevery amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! โ
โI thought the staff there were wonderful. The front desk was helpful and check in was easy. The breakfast/kick back staff were so friendly and attentive (also we love the kick back at the Drury's). The location was great for us and we had a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.โ
โThe Roost was amazing. Great location downtown within walking distance to everything. Secure parking garage attached with easy access to the hotel. It is really an apartment with kitchen, full fridge and stove. Very clean and comfortable, front desk service was excellent. Only complaint and I mean only nitpicky thing was the coffee maker we had was a bit beat up and made a mess. Highly recommend.โ
โEasy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. We highly recommend this hotelโ
โVery charming and clean! We were so fortunate to find this inn. After looking for a place downtown that could accommodate us and our need for separated sleeping arrangements we had no luck. Our room was so comfortable and set up to give us the privacy needed. It was easy to get in touch with any questions we had.โ
โIt looks like a motel. The cleanliness is bad and the service is poor. It was very uncomfortable because there was so much dust everywhere. The Westin hotel is a bad experience.โ
โLove that they had a sound machine and provided ear plugs! Itโs located on a busy corner, so noise is an issue, but we slept well with the amenities provided!โ
