“Carpets were stained. Tub was peeling its coating. No AC in breakfast area. Witnessed front desk attendant arguing with an incoming guest. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Questionable characters in the main lobby hanging out using foul language. Just not a nice atmosphere.”

“the air conditioning was FREEZING, which is a good thing in the middle of the summer, thank goodness for that. the room needed a bit more attention with a mop, because dusting alone was not enough for those floors, i dared not walk barefoot. parking was ok, however there were many trucks taking up multiple parking spots, one night one inconsiderate pickup driver parked with his trailer on 5 parking spots. the staff was nice”

“The hotel was conveniently located in proximity to restaurants and major road ways. I liked that it was pet friendly. The room was clean and quiet but furniture had visible wear and the room had a smell. Staff was very nice. Overall for the price I would stay again.”

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. ”
