“staff was helpful at the front desk.”

“The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“깔끔하고 방도 넓고 친절합니다. 1층 식당도 음식이 괜찮았던 것 같습니다.”

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“Breakfast was over 1/2 hour late to get hot stuff”

“A small issue with amenities in the room but the property went above and beyond to make it right”

“Good 👍”

“크고 좋았습니다.”

“Common area atrium was nice and comfortable. Disappointments were with our 7th floor king suite: cleanliness and maintenance. Candy gummy bear on bedroom floor; an extra set of towels placed on the FLOOR under the vanity shelf; kitchenette faucet had a considerable amount of corrosion built up on base – very unpleasant to look at and didn’t feel clean. There was no ventilation in bathroom, thus the black mildew/mold bubbled up on shower ceiling. Stains on sheets and carpet.”
