“This was our second time staying at this hotel because we really liked it. However, this stay was a disappointing experience. The front desk assigned us a connecting room, and the guests next door had a large group of people. They kept talking loudly until midnight, which made it impossible for us to sleep. We called the front desk for help, but it seemed like no one was able to assist us.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“Nice staff, we had a problem with our room air conditioner and they immediately found another room for us. Room was quiet and clean. It was nice to be able to grab breakfast before heading out. Parking was free and there is a nice shopping area across from the hotel.”

“I haven’t seen any place like this. There’s no coffee machine or microwave in the room. It’s very inconvenient to go all the way to front desk every single time if you need hot water or heat up your food. I booked a king size bed room and the bed is king size with a queen size mattress. The staff who checked us in was not helpful at all. They said there was only one crib in the hotel which was surprisingly weird. That one crib was already in use. I will definitely be taking my business to some...

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”
