“Loved this well maintained historical hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the patio as well. Beds were super comfortable which was important for my 82 yr old husband. Mirror in the bathroom was well lit for hair and make up. We came while getting treatment at the Cleveland Clinic which is less than a mile away.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“I was charged $15 more than the price I had secured the room at via Expedia.”

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“Nice place to stay. Lots of parking and free WiFi were appreciated. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean, large, colorful. Pretty easy to get where we needed to go from there.”

“None of the treadmills worked. The coffee machine in the lobby wasn’t working. The elevator closest to our room didn’t work. No one at the desk in the morning to help with treadmill or coffee. Wiped walls in bathroom myself as it was disgusting. Toilet paper holder broken. I know the price was a steal but the pictures made it look A LOT better than the actual condition. I won’t go back on any future trips through the area.”
