“No onsite parking but we took advantage of the valet availability which worked quite well. Staff was all very friendly. An unusual plus: Hotel had THE BEST shampoo and conditioner of all the hotels we’ve stayed in. Walkable to an entertainment and restaurant district, baseball stadium and Rocket Arena. Simply a great location. ”

“This is a great hotel to stay at if you're going to a Cleveland Guardians baseball game. Yes, you have to pay extra for the parking but it's not too big of a hassle. You just fill out your car information with staff at the front desk and that lets you into the lot. The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating, even on a busy gameday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stay here anytime I come through Cleveland. ”

"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible. Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility. Seriously."
