“My friend and I stayed overnight because we were going to a concert. The location was great and we walked to visit the lovely Cleveland Botanical Garden from the hotel. The breakfast is top-notch.”

“This hotel room is cleaned every 3 days. On the 1st cleaning day, only towels were replaced, but no bed sheets and no pillow covers were replaced. On the 2nd cleaning day after 3 days later, I asked to clean the room in the morning, but no one showed. So I went to front desk and requested cleaning the room, then front desk replied cleaning would last until 5 pm, so she asked me to wait. When I came back at 7pm, the room wasn't cleaned, so the bed sheets and pillow covers were never replaced...

“In General, it was nice place to stay. Staff in front desk is absolutely kind and supportive. Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. ”

“This hotel is in a great location, easily accessible to major highways, downtown, medical/university/arts districts, etc. Ample, free parking. Free breakfast is standard fare; suggest getting enough to take edge off morning hunger and then go find real breakfast at any of the nearby local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Beautifully repurposed office building. Staff was very helpful, but things like coffee station (no tea) needed replenishment of some item or other whenever I used it. The staff was happy to oblige, but their to-ing and fro-ing added time to what would otherwise have been a quick errand. Also, ice had to be obtained from staff and was delivered in a small bag. The room was beautiful, but the toilet was ridiculously high and the shower (excellent water pressure!) couldn’t be used without flooding...

“Space was an entire 1 bedroom apartment for the price of a hotel. Great location, didn’t need our car.”
