โVery clean. Airport pickup arranged and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Could not have been more pleased with the private villa with pool. Breakfast was made for us privately and they made arrangements for massages. Friedliest staff and an overall wonderful start to our Bali vacation โ

โRoom was clean. bed was comfortable. service was good. Everything was good excepct the hotel location.
But If i visite bali again i will stay there. โ
โGreat bedrooms just needs a better Seating in lounge room. Hot water was an issue in bathrooms, and they also need a good clean Gurney. But very spacious . โ
โVilla has great indoor outdoor flow, staff are fantastic, daily breakfast was phenomenal - we looked forward to discovering what was in the buffet menu each day, couldnโt be happier with spread. After two weeks we will miss the property and awesome service. Highly recommended, will be back :) โ
"Maybe because of the on-and-off rain, there was a bit of a musty, damp smell in the room. It would be great if travel-sized candles or incense were available. The swimming pool was very clean and well-maintained, and all the staff were kind and friendly. I also joined the yoga and sound healing classes โ the instructors were really warm and welcoming.
I made a mistake with my reservation, but you kindly accommodated all my requests โ thank you so much! Thanks to Indigo Hotel, I was able to end my trip on a happy note. Iโd love to come back to Bali again because of you!"
