"The hotel needs to be updated badly. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, crappy furnished shampoo and conditioner. There was no breakfast, whereas at the Sonesta in Nashville had breakfast and was beautiful! Another guest went and bought bed linens because hers were so bad. This was the class and cleanliness that I expect for a $70 room, not almost $200!!! We won't be staying there again."

"Bunch of kids staying, hung out in breakfast area too long, wasn't much left and toaster didn't work."

"Was not a clean establishment at all. Cockroaches were seen. Bath Tub bottom was pitch black from standing water over the years. Hot water and clean sheets though! Breakfast included ONLY consisted of a waffle machine and coffee. You get what you pay for :/"

"AC was the only thing working, beds were broken spring, sink did not work no breakfast served and major construction going on not disclosed before reserving the room. Bed was also dirty with dead bugs."

"Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. "
