"I loved this hotel. It has a shuttle from the Kawaguchicko Station. It was so convenient the restaurants and not far from the lake. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious!"

"It's a lovely hotel situated within a 10 minute stroll of both the station and FujiQ theme park. As a bonus it boasts a view of Mount Fuji as well. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, although the reception staff did not speak English, they used an app to communicate and were extremely helpful in sorting out the wifi when we couldn't get connected. The restaurant is very nice but closes a little early for my liking. It was also fully booked for breakfast so we had to find an alternative place for that. The guy on reception recommended a cafe just up the road that was perfect, so that was great. The onsite onsen is also lovely, it's quite small but provides a nice calm area to relax after a busy day. They also provide a microwave and water cooler for customer use which is great if you're on a budget. There is a huge supermarket just up the road and we took advantage of buying some dinner there and eating in our room. All in all, it's a lovely hotel that I would definitely recommend without hesitation."

"Stayed for one night with a young family. Very easy 1min walk from station. Staff friendly and helpful. Was given a free upgrade to a room with Mountain view. The rooftop viewing area was sensational!! Room was pleasant, spacious and clean."

"The hotel was a bit difficult to find and access at first, but once inside, it was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was on point. However, the outdoor onsen didn’t appear very clean, so I didn’t use it. The biggest disappointment was the view of Mount Fuji. I booked this hotel expecting an unobstructed view based on the photos, but the view was restricted and not as advertised. Overall, it’s a decent and very clean hotel with great staff, but the lack of the promised Mount Fuji view was a letdown."
