"新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロントに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."

"Booked in for an overnight todo Fuji-Q and explore the area with 2a/2c. Hotel is clean and staff were helpful with my limited Japanese. The Buffet Breakfast was tasty with an offering of hot and cold options. We stayed in the family room the beds were comfy and clean and offered,USB-C,USB-A and 110v for each bed (2 of each for the double bed 1 on each side ). Only downside is the room is a bit small with limited luggage storage options and even with only weekend backpack and roll away carryon bag we were a bit cramped."

"初ホステルでしたが建物やお部屋、シャワーにトイレのどれも綺麗で快適でした！アットホームで温かい雰囲気の内装は居心地が良く、富士山駅やコンビニから徒歩5分の好立地で富士吉田エリアの散策にぴったりでした。設備が共用だけど洗面台は2階に4つもあるので快適に使えます。タオルは部屋とシャワー室に完備、石鹸やシャンプー、ボディソープなども用意されててホテルと遜色の無いサービスです。またらハロサイの駐輪ポートも近くにあり、駅には大型の荷物も入るコインロッカーがあるので出発前の散策も手ぶらで行えるのも嬉しいですね。チェックインもチェックアウトも煩わしくなく、ホテルよりも気楽な雰囲気が好みならぴったりなお宿だと思います。二日間ありがとうございました！"

"Unique property convenient to Mt. Fuji Station and the town of Fujiyoshida. Stayed here the night of the Yoshida no Himatsuri and couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff here were very friendly. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing in the units. My room was right next to the train station and railroad tracks with constant train noise until midnight and then again starting at 5:30am. Rented a unit with a sauna and plunge pool - which was a very nice addition. I would definitely stay again!"

Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. Other that well nanti e place👍"
