โIt was exactly what we needed for the marathon, with a big gang of us there. I think the cleanliness of the carpets could have been better by the cleaning agents that are used by the owners. The decor is dated, but the beds, sofas and chairs were comfortableโฆthe bonus is the sauna in the basement ๐โ
โWe stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay againโ
โBeautiful, quiet location, other guests were also quiet which makes a change from other similar properties. The food was nice albeit I would have liked more options.
Staff were friendly, professional and kind.

โRoom was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre.โ
โAbsolutely beautiful outside space, a well kept garden with superb views over the Menai Strait. Room was lovely, very clean and well maintained; the bed was comfortable and we had a great balcony (again, with views over the Strait). The shower was ok, just about warm enough. The staff were friendly and the service was very good (special mention to Nathan, whether first thing at breakfast or serving us at the bar, unfailingly polite and on the ball).
