"My beef isn't with the staff at all. The lady at the front desk did everything she could within her power to rectify my issue. My beef is with Expedia for not properly booking my room with this hotel. The last thing that any traveler wants to deal with is hotel issues upon arriving from a long or stressful flight. Thankfully I was refunded and had a plan B. Lesson learned going forward. Always confirm your room when using a third party site."

"The room was clean and comfortable, although the double bed was small for two. It had air conditioning and heating. The staff was very friendly. The hotel's location is excelent, a couple of blocks from the bus stop and about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. We found everything excellent and would definitely choose it again."

"Great stay, rooms and all of hotel were exceptionally clean. Location good, 10 minutes walk to metro station. Lots of coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance. Only small minus were the beds are very firm ….. but then that is a personal preference. Staff very helpful and kept our cases so we could explore on our last day before our flight home. Will stay again if we are in the area ."

"Very tired looking rooms need a refresh. $25.00 fee is not appropriate. Four oaks should be given higher marks the team is courteous and a delight!"

"This place was perfectly located. It was confusing when i approached it and discovered they have a separate bar and comedy club. The elevator is old but it works. The room was small but functional and the bed was comfortable and clean."
