“Lovely hotel grounds smaller than expected. Nice rooms although a little dated. Comfortable, staff friendly, nice breakfast. Great pool and easy free parking with p&r not far. Would stay again ”

“Wonderful hotel, multitude of little extra touches that you just don’t get in other hotels nowadays. Simple check, gift of chocolate and a couple of drinks as it was our anniversary and all staff quick to help. Plenty of staff means no unnecessary waiting for drinks/food.”

“Friendly staff, spa is ok but free which is the main thing. Parking was £12 a night which is annoying. But only if you book through a third party. Booking direct parking is free.”

“아침식사는 맛있지만 가짓수가 좀 부족합니다. 바닷가 옆이라 파도소리가 굉장히 크게 들리구요. 방 크기는 생각보다 좁았습니다. 리버풀에서 한시간 정도 거리에 있습니다. Ground 엘리베이터 버튼을 꽉 눌러야 작동이 되는 단점이 있습니다.”

“Had a wonderful night over using the facilities spa swimming steam room jacuzzi and relaxing. Only negative was we had room service breakfast which came with no toast butter or jam for croissants apart from that exceptional and will return ”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Double bed very comfy, single bed far too soft for an adult, fine for a small child. Rooms would benefit from a deep clean. The building is looking tired (visible bubbling on the walls, discoloured plug holes, tatty bed bases) and needs refreshing. For a spa day I would be disappointed, for a base to explore the area it was fine. The pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel.”
