One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Queretaro. It’s in a perfect location and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were also amazing. I highly recommend!
Service was very good, mattresses and pillows very, very firm, linens average, noisy - smoke alarms low on battery in the hallway chirping loudly all night, every night. Nice coffee shop and restaurant attached to hotel. Hotel location is good.

Beautifully appointed newer hotel in a prime Centro location. Room was very comfortable. Quiet unless the church bells were ringing and that's pretty much all over the area. Easy to get to parks, restaurants, museums and services
All the staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was very spacious and spotless, the bathroom had double sink, a plus for us. We also enjoyed having an indoor little balcony from which we can enjoy the music from the bar!
Very clean and very helpful staff. Arranged dinner reservations and a car to the airport. Great location. Three blocks to the main squares with restaurants and shopping.

My girlfriend and I spent a few nights at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique and it was an amazing experience. It'a a new property that for sure will bring quality and elegance to Queretaro's old quarters, so just a few extra details like having enough towels for a couple, or a couple of courtesy water bottles would go a long way. Staff was very friendly and courteous, I would highly recommend staying at Casa Postal Hotel if you plan visiting Queretaro.
The room was top notch well designed and decorated. It was also immaculately clean. No dust in visible areas, or even in out of sight nooks. I was also impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. The only issue I had was the lack of hot water pressure on the first night, but it was corrected after I brought up to the staff the next morning.
We had a fantastic stay at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique and would happily return.
From the moment we arrived, Cesar at the front desk was exceptional. He graciously helped us get checked in early, provided excellent guidance on sightseeing in the area, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He also arranged for a bellboy to assist us — and even the bellboy spoke English and took the time to explain the hotel, restaurant offerings, and daily specials, which was very appreciated.
We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and were impressed by the wine selection and attentive service. The Caesar salad and pizza were excellent. While they offer many other entrées, pizza was exactly what we were craving that evening and it did not disappoint.
The hotel itself is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, and our room exceeded expectations in every way. Amenities included L’Occitane bath products, a rainfall shower head, plush pillows, a Juliet balcony, coffee, bottled water, a small refrigerator, and excellent lighting throughout — details that really elevated the stay.
One thing to note is that the airport shuttle is not complimentary, but aside from that, everything about our experience was outstanding. The staff, comfort, and attention to detail made this a memorable stay, and it’s impressive given the hotel has only been open a short time.
Highly recommended.
Casa Postal Hotel in Queretaro was much better than I expected from the online photos. The location is perfect—just on the edge of Centro, close to everything but not noisy. Staff reached out before my trip to coordinate pickup (despite a hiccup with my early arrival), and once I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and quickly checked in.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a long stay: king bed, plenty of storage, desk, mini fridge, and a nice coffee setup. It was quiet, comfortable, and well lit. The bathroom really impressed me—large, modern, with a rain shower, high-end toiletries, plush towels, bathrobe, and great touches throughout. Only minor downside: no handheld shower hose.
The hotel felt new and well maintained. The restaurant and coffeeshop were vibrant, with the latter making a great base for remote work (good coffee, pastries, lots of outlets). Public areas were inviting, with lots of fresh flowers and greenery. Staff consistently went above and beyond, always greeting me by name and making me feel valued.
Final verdict: Don’t be put off by so-so online photos. Casa Postal is an excellent, boutique-feel hotel with big-brand quality and terrific value. Aside from some arrival confusion and the lack of a shower hose, I highly recommend it and would happily return.
The place is fine, but not what I expected. It's very modern. I wanted colonial charm. Staff is good. It's more like a business hotel, but oddly, the internet isn't good. I do appreciate L'occitaine products in bathroom and a great shower. The restaurant is really bad. It is too brightly lit and the food is just awful. Sorry.
Very nice hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. Convenient to all areas of centro histórico including restaurants and other areas of interest.
