Desde que pides información x teléfono para reservar las niñas que contestan son muy peladas al igual que al llegar al hotel, la recepcionista es una pelada. Te da tu llave y no te asigna un bell voy te hace jetas, en el restaurante los meseros no te atienden es más NI TE PELAN al igual que con el servicio en la alberca.

Un hotel/spa para el fin de semana
Es un hotel muy bonito en el centro de la ciudad de Querétaro. Lo elegimos por qué tenía buenas críticas sobre el spa. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y limpias. El restaurante es muy bueno también. Y el personal del restaurante y en general muy atentos. Sólo falta un poco más de atención en la alberca, donde pasaba mucho tiempo en que te llevaran las cosas y atendieran. El spa estuvo bien. Pero no cumplieron con el tiempo del masaje que era de 60 min y nos dieron 40 min. Por otro lado, se escucha fácilmente ruidos de las otras habitaciones. En general muy bien sólo les faltan algunos detalles.

Nice hotel.
Very nice hotel but we were woken up at 6.30am when the staff started to set up the Sunday buffet breakfast and they were VERY noisy so no chance to get back to sleep!!!!

Great hotel but badly arranged taxi service!
I stayed with you last week for four days and had a great time, I really enjoyed your hotel. Unfortunately I had a bad experience though with the taxi you arranged from the hotel to the airport when I was about to leave. 1.The taxi draiver charged 500 MXN (normally this trip is 350-400 MXN) 2.When I gave the taxi driver 600 MXN he didn´t have any change (what kind of taxi driver don´t keep change?) 3.When I told him he then could keep my 600 MXN but that I needed a receipt he told me he didn´t have any hence he couldn´t write me a receipt. 4.He then wrote down my email adress on a piece of paper and promised me he would email a receipt but I still haven´t recived it. This is not a lot of money and it is not a big problem, but the principle is wrong and since you/the hotel arranged the taxi and the taxi driver is your sub contractor, it is kind of your responsibility and it should also be in your interest to only use taxi companies and drivers who treat your/their clients with respect and in a fair manner.

Lovely hotel, staff kind but not top notch
We stayed with our two young children for four nights on a short-term family vacation. The hotel is lovely with historic character, nice appointments, and a spacious room. It's appealing to look out onto the grounds from the room. The beds were great, as was the spacious shower (no bathtub to bathe kids inside, but that is common in Mexico). The staff were kind, but they were not the sort of staff I might expect from the otherwise in many ways amazing hotel. For example, the staff were not aware of which restaurants would have play areas for us to take our kids to (a common feature in a lot of Mexican restaurants). Also, they were not as highly knowledgeable of what to recommend to do as touristing visitors. We were left to our own devices to sort this kind of information out (which we did, so we still had a great stay).

The hotel is beautiful and it was perfect to come back to after work. The Wi-Fi was fantastic! I had 4 devices and the 4 of them worked fast there! Just being there felt very much like Queretaro, without having to leave. The food was excellent too. I look forward to stay there again in my next business trip.

En efecto durante su estancia tuvimos un problema de carácter técnico que solucionamos apenas esto fue posible, durante la misma noche en que se presentó. En relación a lo que comenta me gustaría ser sumamente enfático en asegurarle que nuestro manejo de inventario de alcoholes y alimentos se mantiene en estándares de calidad muy altos y siempre supervisados. Los ruidos del cuarto contiguo se escuchan como si fuera la misma habitacion, la puerta que los separa tiene claros muy grandes, el baño tiene claros en la puerta y una ventana sin vidrio que da al cuarto por que los ruidos y olores se esparcen por todo el cuarto. No ofrecen nada espectacular para el alto precio que cuesta

Excelente hotel, buen spa, muy buen restaurante. Definitivamente regresaré Dos detalles, servicio de valet parking puede mejorar (eso de apartar los lugares con botes de plástico) no se ve bien. El closet de la habitación puede mejorar en construcción e iluminación. El precio del spa esta dentro del rango de estos hoteles, pero los servicio sub.contratados son muy caros. (ejemplo; mi esposa necesitaba una peinadora y maquilladora pagamos por eso pero aparte nos cobraron por el uso de las instalaciones que básicamente fue lo mismo que el costo del servicio.
