La habitación amplia y con una muy cómoda cama. Un lugar fantastico para descansar. El personal de recepcion muy amable, en el Restaurante destaco el servicio del Gerente quien tuvo la amabilidad de presentarse en cada mesa para la cena y el Sr. Antonio quien me atendió con excelencia en el brunch, seguro les atendera con gran calidez y estará siempre al pendiente de que disfrutes la experiencia, los alimentos, el ambiente, la hacienda, se tomo tiempo para hacer inolvidable mi estadía. Su comida es deliciosa, cena y brunch con gran variedad. Tuvieron ub evento ecuestre fabuloso de Catrinas. Una hacienda bonita, limpia, con historia, eventos y donde puedes caminar disfrutando de la paz y tranquilidad que se respiran ahí. El spa es una experiencia amorosa en su totalidad. Sin duda, se esmeran en hacer tu visita memorable, destaco que el personal siempre me atendió con una sonrisa y me transmitieron tranquilidad, amor y gratitud por su trabajo, eficiencia, incluso cuando hay que ser rápidos en la atención, ellos logran una maravillosa experiencia de cálidez. Con gusto regresare en mis proximos viajes y sin duda los recomendaré.

Falta de privacidad

Desafortunadamente, me tocó una habitación en segundo piso donde la ventana tenía vista hacia el jacuzzi de otra habitación. Podíamos ver en gran parte lo que hacían los de abajo en su jacuzzi. El problema no era abrir o cerrar la ventana, sino que escuchábamos la gran borrachera que traía la pareja en el jacuzzi. Yo viajaba con mis bebés gemelos y se me despertaban a cada rato por el ruido. Fue incómodo también darnos cuenta que los de abajo perdían su privacidad si nosotros quisiéramos abrir la ventana. Al quejarnos en recepción, la chica encargada nos dijo que el jacuzzi no era parte del hotel, sino de una propiedad vecina y no podían hacer nada con el ruido. Al otro día (con luz de día) fue que nos dimos cuenta que era de la habitación de abajo y después nos lo rectificó la nueva persona que estaba en recepción por la mañana. En general califico mal porque no se sintió una estancia en hotel, básicamente no tienen recepción formal ni nadie responsable del lugar. La "recepcionista" en diversas ocasiones no estaba en el lugar de recepción, ni responden el teléfono.

Esta vez no tuve suerte! Las habitaciones ya estan un poco descuidadas? El internet de la tele no funcionaba ni la antena de la tele!, osea no pudimos verla La cafetera era inexistente en ambas habitaciónes y la respuesta fe la señorita fue que pues si han ido rompiendo y pues ya no hay, el tapete debajo de la cama todo despegado, lo cual peligroso y me tropece un par fe veces y también estaba sucio y pegostioso En la otra recamara, una lamapara de buró arrancada y ahi el hoyo, y tampoco habia
