"The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. However, the attention to detail when cleaning was lacking. The carpets needed a thorough vacuuming and the sink area was left wet. The box of kleenex was left sitting on the sink, so the tissues were soaked. The front desk could not find any more kleenex for us that night, and in talking with a housekeeper the next day, we were told that they were out of kleenex and toilet paper while they waited for a delivery. Breakfast was subpar at best. They were completely out of sausage, a spoonful of eggs, and some anemic looking potatoes were the only hot items. The orange juice and apple juice ran out. The only bread option to toast was white bread - no muffins, bagels, english muffins."
"The breakfast looked wonderful, but we couldn't stay to eat. I will say the coffee was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of places to plug in electronics, and there were lots of lamps -- good for reading. They could have offered more pillows with more variety: only three for a king bed, and all were of a similar softness. I wish the lav sink had not been outside the room with toilet and tub; if one person goes to bed earlier, having the other use lav sink (and lights there) to prepare for bed can disturb the sleeper. Room was VERY quiet, even though it was on a floor sandwiched between other floors. Elevator made us nervous -- sounded like it had stopped, but then doors didn't open for at least a minute. Very nice outdoor pool. At least three restaurants were within walking distance, and it was very easy to get on and off the highway. We will stay here again if coming through this way."
"Have stayed here many times and keep coming back. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it is clean and comfortable and convenient for travelers. This time, the staff at the front desk was very busy but he still took the time to help me personally with two things that needed attention. They offer a good night's sleep at a decent price."
"We really liked Stephenie behind the counter!! They were short staffed the pool was closed, our bathroom needed help, rust in the sink and floors, cigarette butts all over outside, my friend and I wanted to stay and help her out!!!!! So sad, otherwise a beautiful place , has so much potential!!!! The store next was adorable!!! Pizza was awesome!!!!!"
