Toilet didn’t flush correctly. Sink was so small and awkward shaped it was hard to use and got water all over counter. Hinges on bathroom door installed wrong frame was coming off the wall. Door would hit you while trying to use sink."

"our room was SO dirty! paid cash and then they charged our credit card. offered a 10 percent off which was $77 and then they didnt refund us that amount. was a struggle to get it all done. I have never paid so much to stay at such a horrible hotel."
