"Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was handling a phone call and sounded incredibly warm and helpful to that customer. Unfortunately, I received a completely different attitude. Once she hung up to check me in, she was very cold and abrupt. I accidentally pulled my credit card out too early, and when I told her the transaction had cancelled, she rolled her eyes and sighed heavily while resetting the machine. The noise levels were also an issue; in the morning, the housekeeping staff woke us up by loudly shouting back and forth across the hallway for a prolonged period. On top of that, the room had a maintenance issue—the showerhead was pointed too close to the wall and couldn't be adjusted due to the pipe being improperly installed, forcing me to stand uncomfortably close to the wall just to rinse off."
