There for 4 nights. Hair and old napkin on the floor and tub on the first night. Very noisy near side exit door as it slammed constantly and needed fixed. Loud TV from neighbors

No one at front desk when we arrived, had to wait 15 mins for them to return. Hall smelled of cigarettes and weed. Light was held together with electrical tape. Dirty towel in the middle of the hall. Other guests were loud until past 2am.

I stayed here for one night but i booked it for two nights, the hallways smell like tobacco, the beds was extremely itchy, i saw some roaches in the bathroom, the bathroom shower curtain stinks, front desk lady have a bad attitude. If you allergic to bugs i wouldn’t recommend this hotel, i asked for an refund for the day i didn’t stay because of the condition of my room and because i’m allergic to roaches but the front desk lady said no because it was 12:00 o’clock and said i should’ve called the day i stayed there mind you i had checked in at 6:30 didn’t lay in the bed until 4am that’s when the itching started and say roaches all around the bathroom tub. Will be contacting management Monday morning.

At check in I was informed that the hotel had no hot water. Facilities was working on it. Next morning still no hot water. I had to take a cold shower as I had a job interview at 10:00. I would appreciate a reduction in the room rate for one night. Thank you
