"We got a second floor room and the elevators were down upon our arrival had to bring all our belongings and 2 toddlers up two flights of crowded stairways as all guests were forced to move trough floors via stairs staff was trying to help everyone but it was first come first serve we had to wait for the rest of our luggage until the elevators were back in operation and this took about 3 hours from our stay "
