“The room was clean. Mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet, not comfortable. The worst part was the noise of the air conditioner. It was like a jet engine starting up. Wasn’t offered a different room but someone that didn’t work at the desk went and got me ear plugs. Which allowed me 5 hours 1 of the 2 nights. Can’t say enough about the employees of the hotel . There leadership will cost them at least my business.”
