"Fantastic resort and great value for money. The staff were all amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. The all-inclusive food and drink were good quality, and there were plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy between meals. The resort is a short taxi ride away from several shopping malls and hypermarkets, and whilst it's a long drive from major airports it's worth the journey if you want somewhere a bit calmer than Dubai but with the same level of luxury."

The kids club gives parents the opportunity to relax whilst under the good supervision of the care takers. The staff were very pleasant especially Kian who went out of his way to serve us as best as possible. The pool and beach area is well set up with the kids slides being a major bonus. The gym is well equipped. I would definitely go back."

was great. Negatives: website claims that the hotel is offering a free shuttle within 30 km radius. The only place where the shuttle goes twice a day, is a nearby mall. Also, the hotel is very far from the airport and the city, no uber or taxi will come to pick you up, so for all activities, you are dependent on the travel agency within the hotel. You can rent a car with a driver for the whole day, for example....
