"Reception by the front desk staff when I checked in was very underwhelming. No smile or any indication they were happy to have me. The elevator was inoperative so I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. The last time I stayed at this property, my room faced the on-ramp to a major highway, and it was extremely noisy all night. I asked the front desk staff not to put me in a room that faced the highway but when I got to my room, it faced the highway so I had to go back down and request that I be assigned a different room. The room was nice, but I can’t say the overall experience was that great."

"I had to switch two rooms because it smelled like cigarettes plus The power was out for 2 hours. Definitely will not go again to this location was just dirty found cockroaches and will never go to this property even though the staff was great"
