“Be careful with this lodge. Half of the rooms (backside) have no view. Just a view of a wall, posts and rocks, underneath a structure behind the main lodge. They charge resort fees and the pool, sauna and bbq pit area are all closed and under construction. Something that was not noted on the Expedia website prior to booking a nonrefundable room. When we were checking out on a Sunday morning, a work crew was in the halls (3 floors) ripping up carpet, starting at 8:00am. It was extremely noisy....

“My wife and I visited in the summer. It’s a great location if you’re like us and enjoy leaving the car parked after exploring the parks etc. It was pretty clean; for sure the floors need a thorough mopping. Everything else was good. Excellent sized condo, good layout etc.”

“Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”
