"I rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars. The staff is excellent, very polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is nice. Lastly, the breakfast was great."

"The hotel was clean, we only had 2 issues. The first was not their fault, the power went out at 9 on Friday and was off for 1.5 hours. No one answered the phone downstairs to let us know what was happening. The second was that we were on the 3rd floor and there was absolutely no hot water to be had. "
