"Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the parking. We needed handicapped accessible parking and had our card, but parking was underground and we had to pay $35.00 each night and there wasn’t close parking available. Parking was under the hotel and the check in desk and lobby was “across” making it very difficult. "

"The room was clean, well stock with all the amenities needed. The staff were all very friendly and had fantastic customer service. Sherick was absolutely fantastic at checked in, it was quick and efficient and accommodating! This hotel is right on the harbour and close to Scotia Bank Arena and the Rogers Center. The breakfast at the hotel was fresh and delicious!"
