โMy stay was really a pleasant one. The two young ladies checked me in on Thursday was awesome.The both of them made it so easy. I didn't get the young lady name, it was around between 1:00 to 3:00pm can't remember the exact time, on Friday a Caucasian young lady was placing cookies in the tray, didn't have the most pleasant attitude toward me, asked a question her response very nice nasty. The young lady taken care of my check out was so kind, made it so easy,she was awesome. Thank you... โ
โSadly, this really nice and friendly hotel is nestled in the middle of a stretch of budget and abandoned hotels. Despite that, the hotel is modern and fresh in appearance and decor. The staff is completely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed with designer touches, nice furnishings and artwork. The second floor hallway is clean but the carpet and walls are showing luggage cart abuse.โ
โThe only reason I have a 4 is because I had to pay for the washer and dryer which was inconvenient. I had to leave and get cash and come back. Other than that it's one of the most decent in the area for that price range. I am actually staying there again now. โ
โFor this being a Wyndham property, I was very disappointed. Room is nice and clean. But, no cups or glasses, no coffee pot, no coffee or condiments for coffee, no ice bucket, no curtain other than a shade on window, and the shower head had nothing to hold it. Will not stay here again. โ
โThe staff is alway fun and interesting. That is what I admire about the young man, Jason I met at breakfast the morning of my last stay on the 20th. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. One of my previous stays with you all I was very impressed with Mary at the front desk, her warmth and kindness was noteworthy and Ashly the housekeeper was so sweet and kind.
