“I booked an empress suite 2 months in advance. When we arrived, they informed us they didn’t have our room available- they stated the room was dirty and housekeeping left for the day. They attempted to place us in a lesser room while wanted to charge us double the original price we paid on Expedia, stating they have to rebook us under their personal rates. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one there. So they apparently had no one in the building but the 2 front desk...

“Checkin was easy even at late night”

“This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.”
