"From the moment we arrived, Arthur on reception welcomed us warmly, our room was ready early, bottle of blanc de blancs comp in room (bday) and our room 309 had the best view over the main square, stunning. Room was large, comfortable with great amenities like a Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle & teabags, stocked fridge with free soft drinks, comp water every day, great hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, hot effective walkin shower, and a jacuzzi (which wasn’t for us but maybe for others!). They will alter the mattress to firmer if you like. Great cold and cooked breakfast. Choice of Polish or Italian served in the restaurant all day / evening, also having outside tables on the square with great view of Cloth Hall. Staff throughout the hotel absolutely lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast staff offered us pancakes 1/2 a hour after breakfast was meant to finish, no rush and so polite and genuine. Room was kept spectacularly clean every day. Fresh towels whenever you use them. Location perfect. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"Great hotel with good vibe to its coffee/bakery shop area. Enjoyed our stay but disappointed by communications with staff. We reported 3 bikes that weren’t road worthy but they left them where they were for other guests to pick up and find the same faults. No VIP Expedia upgrade was offered (although we were happy with our room) and no Expedia VIP meal discount accepted in the breakfast despite being advised of its validity. If VIP offers are going to be promoted they should be readily available when guests arrive. "

"I stayed here from 4/16-4/21 while on vacation to Krakow Poland. The positives were that the room was clean, they did clean my room everyday, which was nice. The staff were not as welcoming as I had wished they were. I did ask if I room was ready early, sharing the fact that I had not slept on the way in due to a screaming baby on my flight, and I was denied. I waiting a couple more hours, asked again, and was yet denied. The second time I asked, it was around 1:30 pm. Also, had a charging bank for my phone. As I was trying to make sure I had the right adapters, and was confused a bit, I was not helped at all, and was sent on a goose chase, only to be told by the same reception desk staff that day that my charging bank was useless. Thankfully, it was not. Getting transportation from this location is hit or miss (ie Bolt or Uber) Most of the time, I had to walk to another location to catch these modes of transport. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Very rude staff. "

"Nice hotel in good location. Rooms at rear are quiet. Maybe a little more noise at front (according to others in party). Rooms are clean, staff pleasant and breakfast good. No bar though, but plenty nearby. Would stay again. Good value for money. "
