Great city break! Hotel was exactly as described. Great central location to cover most sights by foot. A welcome relief to recover from the relentless heat - great air conditioning. Shops, eating etc all close by.

Staying here felt like being one of the first guests. It's a brand new build, and the design shows in the details. The room was comfortable, stylish, and quiet enough that I slept great. The location is hard to beat - it was a short walk from the train station and Old Town, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. One thing I really appreciated was that it had water refill stations on every floor, which meant no buying plastic bottles while traveling. Would happily stay again!

The hotel is relatively new and has been kept very well. There are also water fountains on each floor allowing you to refill water bottles at your convenience. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious with temperature controls to heat/cool as you wish. There wasn't any amenities provided aside from shower gel which was a shame and only one chair in the room for 2 guests. But otherwise great location, quiet, walking distance to the station for easy access to the airport and the salt mine.

Excellent one-night stay. We booked last minute to fill a night before meeting friends for the weekend but would definitely return for a longer stay. Modern and beautifully decorated, super bathroom and superior bed - ideally situated just outside Krakow Old Town. Highly recommended.

Lovely room and very helpful staff. The room was so big and spacious and not what we were expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise! It all smelt amazing too, excellent location to main square, the staff were super as we needed a pharmacy late at night and the gentleman found one and told us how to get there so appreciated that! Overall excellent new hotel!

Albergo dí nuovissima apertura, ovviamente tutto è nuovissimo e bellissimo, dagli arredi alla fornitura. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, a due passi dalla piazza del mercato e poca distanza a piedi dal quartiere ebraico. A pochissima distanza ci sono due fermate tram per arrivare ovunque. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Très bon séjour, je mettrais bien 5***** mais la climatisation de ma chambre ne refroidissait pas l'air donc j'ai eu 24 degrés tout au long de mon séjour. Sinon tout était très qualitatif, très propre. Le jeune homme de la réception était très sympathique et souriant :))) Axel
