"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

"We loved our 5 nights at Grand Brizo. The staff were always very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It is on the widest street in the world and very close to The Obelisk and Teatro Colon. Lots of dining options nearby and grocery store Carrefour . The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to have a drink and relax after a busy day sightseeing in Buenos Airs. "

"When you ask for something, they said coming, and they never come! Luggage was not easy to move into hotel, no help. Curtains are damaged! Light switches was badly placed, never understand how to turn on light in the bothroom"
