Excellent location in downtown within walking distance to most of the major attractions, bars and food places. Apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with every thing we needed. Clear instructions on location, checkin were sent ahead of time and had no issues. Overall had a great time.

Run down with a lot of noise from the streets. Placed dead center of the city and would be optimal for anyone wanting a night out partying. Not for smaller kids. A distinct smell of drain and sulphur in general area and bathroom.

We rented a two bedroom for three adults. Lots of room (5 twins), spacious living/dining/kitchen, fresh decor. Extra towels etc available in a locked closet in the foyer. Excellent place in Reykjavik to enjoy the city, restaurants, waterfront and the shops. Check out is 10 am but you can store yourself in a locked closet for the day. Things to consider for your stay: shower is not enclosed and if you have mobility issues you have to step over the large rim of the tub. Also, although earplugs are provided, for our four night stay, there was loud karaoke singing from local bars past 2 am (Thursday - Sunday). May be exactly your cup of tea but we would have preferred it to be a little more quiet. Note for management: dishwasher soap powder does not get used during the cycle; base around the bathtub comes loose.

Amazing location. Perfect for exploring the downtown area. The luggage room is a plus. The room had everything we needed. The self check and instructions were clear and easy to follow. This place is truly a great stay.

The apartment was centrally located near Rainbow Street, Hallgrimskirkja church, restaurants, coffee, bakeries and Bónus, grocery store. We enjoyed our stay as we could go exploring for the day, regroup and relax at the apartment, then head out again for dinner. The location is also close to bus stop #6, Culture House, for airport and tour group pickups. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

Great location right in the prime shopping and dining area and a short walk to many attractions. Clean space with comfortable beds and nicely furnished kitchen. It is a little loud if you are in the front units because the street it is on is in such a prime location. It is loud until 1am or later. They must know this because they left us ear plugs which were a godsend.

Nice Apartment with the necessary Equipment just at the main street. Some noice from the bars, but great view from our Apartment with balcony. The phonenumber to the Place given at Hotels.com was not in use, but it was tve right number at the entrancedoor. Great place to stay fir a couple of days and short walking distance to all facilities.
