The guys at reception were enthusiastically helpful; we got a lot out of our only 2 day stay in Reykjavik, and it all went smoothly thanks to their advice. The lounges were very comfortable, the library had some great titles, and the Fisk in a Pan at restaurant was to die for.

The location was perfect. Bus stop 15 is a fabulous location for all excursions and airport transfers, there’s a great Starbucks nearby, a lovely harbour walk, beautiful ships, old harbour house for whale watching and lovely food, a great selection of little restaurants on the harbour, it’s just a heavenly location. ABSOLUTELY perfect location.

The hotel was everything we could have hoped for. The location was brilliant, a short walk to the harbour and the nearest bus stop for excursions was a 2 minute walk. The city centre and tourist hotspots were walkable too. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean, I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Iceland
