“Hotel war schön und modern nur sehr wenig Stauraum im Zimmer und leider Ameisen… Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

“Das Personal ist ausgerwöhnlich Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sie wie Zuhause bei der Familie. Das Frühstück war für uns etwas eintönig und es war viel süßes dabei und wenig gesundes. Sonst ist die Anlge sehr schön und sogar mit Meerblick. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.”

“Staff went above and beyond to look after us. Arrived to very heavy rain , 2 ladies from hotel came to meet us where taxi had dropped us off with umbrellas but not only this insisted on taking our cases to the hotel carrying them across wet cobbles. The room and location are fantastic and the breakfast amazing you can choose anything from main bar restaurant all freshly cooked.”

“Could not fault this hotel. The food, rooms, hotel in general were all good and the staff exceptional. The only downside was that people not staying in the hotel are allowed to come in and use the facilities if they buy a drink at the bar. We were at the swimming pool and witnessed several people use the pool etc and were quite loud and rowdy at times. To me this is NOT what 5 star hotels should be doing as it takes away the exclusivity from the hotel’s guests who have paid a premium to be...

“Room was a great size, bathroom was slightly smaller and was more of a wet room, as shower didnt have a door so water would go everywhere. However, overall clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This really made a difference with our short stay. We enjoyed the location being a short walk from the port for our day trip to Symi. After a long day, it was perfect. Old town is about 10mins walk, which really suited us. Buffet breakfast was fit for purpose and was kept stocked during...
