"I stayed here for 5D4N and the staff service was impeccable and top notch ! Everywhere you go within the premise, the service staffers were all smiley and greeting you. Not a single scowl or unhappiness and they all seem so happy doing their work!
For example… After they made our bed, they would give us something very personal and thoughtful like a message on the bed, complete with pretty origami using towels. See photos. In addition, during breakfasts, the server would come round with something special frlm the kitchen and asking you for constructive feedback, or just generally chatting with you on your home country. On the third day, we were served wonderful fruit tarts and I truly enjoyed it! Hence on the fourth day, I asked if I could have the fruit tart from the day before. The server told me he would check with the kitchen and 10min later, he came with 3 fruit tarts! Freshly baked to cater to my whims! How is this not good service? I love this hotel stay and would recommend to anyone ! "
