“Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. “We stayed in a very nice premium unit of this apartment, very clean and very comfortable with super quality bed, and the fancy eating table looks nice but a bit hard to sit down on the high chairs for children. We like the place because of very quiet and having swimming pool with morden gym. But there is nothing around the apartment, fortunately a good restaurant is nearby, we could use uber taxi whenever we go out. We want to stay if we have a holiday again!”

“The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. ”
