“It’s a good place to stay”

“We stayed in a very nice premium unit of this apartment, very clean and very comfortable with super quality bed, and the fancy eating table looks nice but a bit hard to sit down on the high chairs for children. We like the place because of very quiet and having swimming pool with morden gym. But there is nothing around the apartment, fortunately a good restaurant is nearby, we could use uber taxi whenever we go out. We want to stay if we have a holiday again!”

“Comfortable ”

“The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. ”

“It quite and clean”

“Friendly and polite staff with warm welcome. Nearby there is a shopping mall and street vendors to eat outside. Overall, I'm satified with my stay and will stay here again next time I go to Batam again.”

“하버베이 페리터미널과 해산물 전문식당이 가까운 거리에 있어 위치는 상당히 좋습니다. 다만, 호텔 청결도가 완전 불량했습니다. 특히, 변기에 소변이 묻어 있어서 화장실에서 나는 악취는 정말 생각하고 싶지 않습니다.”

“Welcoming vibe upon arrival and also a warm farewell from the staff upon departure. Served request accordingly. Pleased with that. But the phone from the room need to work on as has been calling for room service but nobody ans. So i need to head down to order any food. Breakfast was alright. Service is very welcoming and is a pleasant stay, its a place to get out of city area and just relax looking at scenery of the beach. Would come back again!”
