“We stayed in a very nice premium unit of this apartment, very clean and very comfortable with super quality bed, and the fancy eating table looks nice but a bit hard to sit down on the high chairs for children. We like the place because of very quiet and having swimming pool with morden gym. But there is nothing around the apartment, fortunately a good restaurant is nearby, we could use uber taxi whenever we go out. We want to stay if we have a holiday again!”

“The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. ”

“Friendly and polite staff with warm welcome. Nearby there is a shopping mall and street vendors to eat outside. Overall, I'm satified with my stay and will stay here again next time I go to Batam again.”

“The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well.
