“Rebecca and her team went above and beyond to make our stay really magical - from the perfect room selection to the fluffy white robes, it was a gorgeous few nights. If you’re flying into or out of Gatwick Airport around the time of your stay, the hotel also offers a reasonably priced and safe car parking service, and with a bus to the airport around the corner I’ll definitely be doing it again. Again, Rebecca is wonderful - give her a payrise, as she is a big reason I’ll be coming to stay...
“My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. Many hotel managers could take a lesson from him.

“Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend.”
